  Media Release from the Lawrence County Animal Relief Fund


 
" Low Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic for Cats in Spring 2012”

The Lawrence County Animal Relief Fund in conjunction with Animal Friends of Pittsburgh will be conducting a mobile spay/neuter clinic in the Spring 2012.  Through the cooperation of the Lawrence County Commissioners the clinic will be at the Lawrence County Courthouse.

Pre-registration and confirmation from our organization are required, no walk-ins.

Pricing has been confirmed as follows  $30.00 for spay/neuter, includes rabies shot if needed,  $10.00 for FVRCP innoculation if needed, and $25.00 for feline leukemia testing and inoculation if so desired. Shots are available only with spay/neuter. Applications are available here on our website.  Household income should be under $3,500 per month.  Any Lawrence County agency or organization involved with the underprivileged is encouraged to print and distribute the application.  The income requirement is waived for feral/stray cats.

 

There will be additional clinics conducted into the Fall of the year. Lawrence County residents are encouraged to get their applications in as soon as possible, as last years’s clinics were filled very quickly.
